Marketing

All our marketing and advertising to prospective clients is ethical and accurate. Advertising material will clearly communicate the registration status of Redman Enterprises with qualifications only advertised for those courses we are registered to deliver. Courses which carry recognition, other than under the National framework, will be clearly described to avoid any confusion. Acknowledgements of accreditation will follow the approved format, as will the use of logos.

Finances and Client Records

Redman Enterprises ensures that before you enrol, you are aware of all the costs and charges you will incur throughout your course. Redman Enterprises has a documented refund policy that is fair and equitable and this is made available to all clients prior to enrolment. If we were not able to fulfil our obligations to you we have measures in place to ensure that you either receive the service from another Skills for All training provider or a refund. Our records are managed to ensure that your academic, financial and other records are complete, accurate and confidential. At any time, you are invited to view your own records.
